The Anti-Android Era: The Crackdown (2110 AD): The 'Machine-on-Man Violence Prevention Act' aka 'The Anti-Android Law' becomes Law in the U.S. Other nations adapt similar Laws,outlawing Android production and the A.I. of Robot Masters.
The U.N. barely passes a resolution Banning Advanced A.I. in Robot Masters. And so the Worldwide Crackdown begins. Existing Androids are hunted down and scrapped,while various Roboticists who specialize in Advanced A.I. are arrested.
While old Robot Masters were scrapped,New Robot Masters were made to be simple in both design and in A.I.
The Global Community is split on these Laws almost down the middle. Both Anti-Android/Anti-Advanced A.I. and Pro-Android/Pro-Advanced A.I. sentiment had officially become a Hot Button Political issue.
Meanwhile,Out in space,Ra-Moon's disciples are both raising and training Ra-Moon's 2 sons,Ra-Moon Junior and NovaStar. Soon these 2 will be ready to carry-on their late father's evil legacy.
Back on Earth,20-Year-Old James Johnathan Cain enrolls in New York University on a Robotics scholarship (general robotics are still okay,it's androids and advanced A.I. that are illegal).
Joining Cain was his old rival and cousin,William Ronald Abel,who was also after a Robotics Scholarship. They were rivals since childhood and will continue to be rivals in old age.
But Robotics wasn't the only thing that Jim Cain was interested in. He was also passionate about Archeology.
In 2111,Quintette,the lost 5th Chaos Emperor,awakens an after upgrading and repairing herself,she starts a rampage. After growing bored,she uses a time machine that Wily built to travel back in time to fight The Light's.

The Anti-Android Era: The Future (2114 AD - 2150 AD): Cain and Abel graduate with honors and start their own Robotics business. William Abel (now dr. abel) creates/discovers a super strong,super flexible metal. He dubs it Botanium. Thanks to Botanium,James Cain (now dr. cain) is unable to keep up with is rival in the robotics business.
Defeated,Dr.Cain quits the robotics field and focuses all of his energy on his secondary passion,Archeology.
In 2115,Out of respect and admiration for his Father's hero,Dr. Thomas Light,the Governor of New York declares Dr. Light's lab a "National Landmark". This action sparked outrage from the Anti-Android/Anti-Advanced A.I. crowd.
The opposite side of that isle,however,loved it. Dr. Cain falls in love with a female explorer,named Amelia. Years later,they get Married and expect their first child months later. However,due to serious complications,the birth of The Cain child ends in tragedy,as both the Mother and Child die due to these complications.
Devastated,Dr. Cain takes time off from work to grieve. But,science marches on,and so must Dr. Cain. Still saddened by the loss of his wife and child,Cain decides to move forward with is life. And so he goes back to his Archeological Expeditions.
As decades passed,peoples opinion on Androids and Advanced A.I. began to change. By 2135,the poll numbers shown that at least 58% of people support abolishing the infamous 'Machine-on-Man' Violence Prevention Act'. While 44% want to keep it.
In 2136,a Robot Museum is established in NYC to celebrate the changing attitudes.
Meanwhile out in space,as Ra-Moon's Sons and their minions carry out their galactic conquest,they are met with great resistance from The Cosmic Enforcers every time. The bad guys are eventually beaten,but retreat. It should be noted that Ra-Moon Jr. never takes part in any of the battles,considering the Cosmic Enforcers to be too beneath him.
Duo,who was getting too old to keep up the fight,decides to retire and take on a student.
Luka (basically over-1 rs),an Alien Android with amazing Power Assimilation abilities,is chosen by Duo to take up the mantle of Great Enforcer,his former title.
Meanwhile,Rucifel is battled and eventually sealed up by Sunstar,who,just years ago,was promoted to Chief of the Cosmic Enforcers. Rucifel was imprisoned within a Crystalis and buried deep within an abandoned planet.
With Rucifel imprisoned,peace started to slowly return to the Universe. Sunstar knew this and that's why he challenged the Great Satan.

The X Era: Birth of A New Race (2150 - 2152 AD):
Dr. Cain is sent on a solo Archeological task by the Robot Museum to Dr. Light's Lab. Dr. Cain's mission is to find relics from the lab to give to the Museum. Dr. Cain discovers a secret area within tbe lab,where he finds a capsule. Within this capsule is Xavier Light aka X,Dr. Light's final creation.
Dr. Cain activates X and talks with him. After listening to a pre-recorded message/warning about X by Dr.Light,Dr. Cain continues his search for some of Light's relics. After that,Dr. Cain and X leave for Dr. Cain's home to clean the stuff they found.
X had to be disguised,due to the "Machine-On-Man Violence Prevention Act" still being law. Dr. Cain decides to keep X a secret for a while and gives all but 2 of his findings to the Robot Museum: X's Blueprints and Capsule.
Fun Factoid: X's Blueprints does Not include the Zenkai Chip. Infact,the Zenkai Chip Had no plans. Dr.Light decided that the Zenkai Chip in the wrong hands would very disastrous,so he decided to keep the design to himself. Locking them up within his mind.
One Week later,The President of the United States makes an Executive Order Abolishing the "Machine-on-Man Violence Prevention Act". The reaction was mostly positive,due to most Americans disapproving of the Law.
Soon,other Nations begin to reject Their versions of the Anti-Android Law and by the next year,the Laws are officially repealed. Dr Cain soon introduces X to the world. He was mostly well received. Cain makes plans to re-enter the Robotics business and create a brand new generation of Androids using X's blueprints.
Dr. Cain creates copies of X's blueprints and sells them to other Robotics firms. It's also decided that the armor and skeletal system for the new Androids would be made out of Botanium. Dr. Abel's,Abel Industries,becomes a multi-billion dollar company because of this.
On year later,The New Androids,called Reploids,due to the fact that they were made from copies of X's plans,are in full production and are slowly becoming accepted members of society.
However,not Everyone is pleased with Reploidkind,a small group of Anti-Android activists form The Humankind Preservation Society,the spiritual successor to Wilson's Council For Human Dominance. Their numbers are very low right now,thankfully.
Titanium X is created by studying X's armor and is used in the creation of New Machanaloids.
Another year later,a special digitalization/de-digitalization device is created to store Mechanaloids. This was done in an effort to save storage space. This convenient device is called a Digi-Box and it comes in all shapes and sizes. At the same time,the Robot Battling circuit became popular again,this time using Mechanaloids.

The X Era: The Beginning of A Nightmare (2152 AD):
In Late-2152,As Reploid numbers grow,so does Reploid Crime. Reploid Criminals are soon dubbed "Mavericks" by the public.
Things get so bad that The U.S. Government commissions Dr. Cain and Cain Industries to create a New type of Defense Force. Cain excepts the task and,by the end of the year,the Maverick Hunters are formed.
Dr. Cain creates his very first Reploid (meaning the first reploid he created on his own),the Strongest and most Skilled Reploid in the World,Sigma. Sigma's design was based on how Dr. Cain's late Son would've looked like,had he lived and grew up.
The Maverick Hunters were broken up into specialized units.
Tbe 1st Unit handled Search and Rescue.
The 2nd Unit handled all the Mechanic stuff,such as fixing vehicles and weapons.
The 3rd Unit handled Re-Construction.
The 4th Unit handled all Terra related missions,such as Underground,Mountains,Wastelands,and even Deserts.
The 5th Unit handled high speed chases on Hover Cycles called Ride Chasers. The 6th Unit handled Mavericks in the sky. They were kinda like a mini-airforce.
The 7th Unit handled Sea Battles.
The 8th Unit was the Armored Unit,they handled the Extremely dangerous missions,such as bomb disposal.
The 9th Unit was the Stealth Unit,they handled the Spy stuff.
Unit 10 handled issues in the Forests,they are also trained to assist park rangers.
Unit 11 is the City Unit,their job is to combat robo-street gangs and aid local law enforcement.
Unit 12 is the Sabre Unit,for Beam Sword/Sabre Specialists.
The 13th Unit handled Polar and Arctic situations.
The 14th Unit specialized in Weaponless combat. They are the Melee Unit.
The 15th Unit specialized in Research and Development.
The 16th Unit were the Recycling Crew. They specialized in recycling destroyed mechanaloids.
The 17th Unit were for Buster/Blaster specialists. Masters of marksmanship.
The 18th Unit were Made up of Medics,for both Human And Reploid.
The 19th Unit handled Extremely Strong,and Extremely Dangerous Mavericks.
And finally there's the 0 Unit,a Unit soley for Rookie Hunters.

The X Era: The Maverick Hunters (2153 - 2154 AD):
Under the leadership of Sigma,the Maverick Hunters greatly exceed expectations. X even expresses interest in joining. He's always wanted to be a Crime Fighter. Impressed with X's power,Sigma decides to train him personally.
Meanwhile,within Dr. Wily's abandoned Lab,Zero awakens and wants to avenge his loss to Mega Man. He breaks out of the lab and goes on a killing spree,in an effort to lure Mega Man out.
Zero's so powerful that The 19th Unit,which handled extremely powerful Mavericks,had to be called in to deal with him. They eventually chase him into an abandoned warehouse,where they are eventually slaughtered. Before their deaths however,Gamma,the 19th Unit Leader contacted Commander Sigma for assistance.
Sigma arrives and does battle with Zero. Sigma and Zero are evenly matched,but once Zero powers up to his Kuro Mode,Sigma loses any advantage he may have had. But a hard punch to Zero's helmet jem is just enough to knock the Maverick out.
The Wily Virus comes out of Zero's busted head gem,undetected,and enters Sigma's body. Sigma,damaged himself,has Zero taken into custody and in for repairs. Sigma,impressed with Zero's skills and strength,wants him to become a Maverick Hunter.
Days later,under Sigma's watchful eye,Zero is getting repaired before he's sent to prison. Sigma is still unaware that Zero's Wily Virus was transferred into him. During repairs,Zero gets a burnt-out chip removed...that chip was the Prototype Andro-Mutation chip,the chip that gave him his Kuro mode.
After repairs,Sigma takes Zero to RepliMax,a max-security reploid detention facility,to rest. Sigma looks at Zero and realizes that he's the Red Robot from early 21XX,the one who started 2 mindless uprisings and fought Mega Man to a standstill.
Zero doesn't really care about any of that right now and just wants to rest up. Ever since the repairs/operation,Zero's personality has changed a bit,sure he was still cocky and arrogant,but now it was on a lesser scale. His ego had shrunk down to normal levels and his God Complex was completely gone. His Kuro Mode was also gone,thanks to the removal of his prototype andro-mutation chip.
Sigma tells Zero that he's decided to have Zero pay for Everything evil that he's done with a lifetime of Community Service...as a Maverick Hunter. Zero refuses at first,but after some convincing,he reluctantly accepts Sigma's offer.
At a press conference,Sigma talks about Zero and the Red Armored Android's past and his intentions on making him a member of the Maverick Hunters as a kickstart to his rehabilitation and redemption.
This got mixed reactions from everyone watching. Sigma also reveals that he will be pulling double duty as the interm- leader of the 19th Unit. Days later,Sigma introduces X to Zero during one of their training sessions. Sigma intends on training Zero as well,so X and Zero will be training partners.
At first,X and Zero are rivals,but as time goes on,they become friends. Maverick Activity increases,but so do the strength of the Maverick Hunters,thanks to Sigma and,eventually,X and Zero. Sigma starts to notice the anti-android/reploid sentiment among some humans and it makes him sick. The virus inside only increases that negative feeling.
Meanwhile,a Renegade Reploid U.S. Military Lieutenant is being tried for his crimes. His crimes - The total annihilation of the humans in his unit,due to the belief that Human's have outlived their purpose in life and that Reploids should be the Next dominate species.
This psycho's name is Jango Vava. Vava is found guilty and is sentenced to scrapping in 10 days. He is sent to RepliMax. While this is happening,Sigma is at the library researching the history of Humans and Machines. And some of what he finds disturbs him,mainly Humans needlessly replacing older tech with newer ones. Sigma begins to wonder if this is also the fate of Reploidkind as well?
He then reads about the Human-Android conflicts of the past,including The Android Supremacy League,the rise of Anti-Androidism,and the infamous Machine-on-Man Violence Prevention Act.
Thanks to the virus' main effect,Sigma's negative emotions are amplified 50 fold. And so,reason had died within Sigma that day. A few days later,Sigma holds a secret meeting with the 8 strongest Hunters of the 19th Unit.
All 8 are Non-Humanoid Reploids,called Beastroids. Beastroids are based on the various Members of the Animal Kingdom,including: Mammals,Aquatic Creatures,Birds,Bugs,and Plants.
These 8 Beastroids are: Octavius Octopuldo,an Octopus; Norman Mander,a Mammoth; Guido Penquigo,a Penguin;Steve Chameleon,a Chameleon; Sparky Mandriller,a Mandrill; Kuwa T. Mushi,a Stag Beetle; Armond Dilloh,an Armadillo;and Eagleed Falconhawk,an Eagle.
Sigma convinces them to join his rebellion against Humanity by teaching them the History of Man's poor treatment of Machines. After the Meeting,Sigma gives the converted Maverick Hunters new names.
Octavious Octopuldo is renamed Launcher Octopus,due to the Beastroid having missile launcher in his shoulders and tentacles. Fire Beastroid,Norman Mander is renamed Burning Mammoth. Ice-based Guido Penguigo becomes Iceshot Penguin.
The Plasma Spike-Shooting Steve Chameleon is renamed Spike Chameleon. Sparky Mandriller,an Electric Based Beastroid,is renamed GutsSpark Mandrill, Kuwa T. Mushi is renamed Blademerang Kuwagamushi,due to his Boomerang Cutter Horns.
The Armored,Armond Dilloh is renamed Crash Armadillo. And Eagleed Falconhawk is renamed Storm Eagle and is made the Leader of this bunch.
Sigma then instructs his new troops to come with him to RepliMax to pick up their next recruit.
At the RepliMax Prison,Jengo Vava is in a cell,awaiting execution. He meets a Trio of Reploids,who also wish for Humanity's extinction. They are Agile,Serges,and Violen. Agile was tall with purple armor. True to his name,he was quick and agile. Serges was the small,but intelligent,member of the trio. He wore blue armor and a Russian Hat. He also had a Russian Accent.
Violen was the big,not-very-smart,member of the group. He wore red armor. The Trio were once employees of a prestigious Lab in New York State. Violen was a Security Guard,Serges was a Lab Assistant,and Agile was an Errand Bot.
Sigma,as a ruse,tells the Warden that the Maverick Hunters want to deal with Jengo Vava personally. The Warden agrees. Sigma meets the Trio and tells the Warden that he'll be taking them too.
The Warden,fully trusting of Sigma,let's him take the Trio into custody as well. Sigma escorts all 4 into his Ship,the Life Rogumer and heads off. When they are far away from RepliMax,Sigma reveals his true plans and recruits all 4 into his army.
Vava refuses,saying that he answers to no one. Sigma gives him money and some new armor,quickly changing the Army Reploid's mind. Sigma then rechristens Jengo Vava as Vile. Jengo likes the name and decides to adopt it.
Deep within the Rocky Mountains,Maverick Hunters are in development of a new base. Sigma and the 8 former-Maverick Hunters arrive to give assistance. With Sigma's help,the construction of the base goes quicker than expected.
After construction of the new Base is completed,Sigma kills the Hunters and invites his Army to their New HQ.

The Maverick Era: Sigma's Uprising (2154 - 2157 AD):
It's been 2 Months since Sigma had gone missing,leaving Zero in charge until he returns. With X's help,maverick threats end before they get out of hand. As X's efficiency as a hunter grows,so does his power. X's Hunter rival,Sonic the Ostreague,an Ostrich Beastloid,grows annoyed at X's quick growth.
One thing to note about X, though powerful, he will always hold back if there are innocence nearby. A weakness that the Bad Guys will exploit in the future.
On September 11th of 2154,New York City suffers a Huge scale Maverick assault. An Assault lead by Storm Eagle in redesigned Life Rogumer's,now known as Death Rogumers. The Pentagon is attacked the very same day by Mavericks lead by Vile.
At the White House,Sigma attacks and takes the President hostage. Sigma makes his Anti-Human Mission known to the world. Zero arrives to confront Sigma. Sigma is not in the mood to fight,so he escapes. Before he does however he kills the president.
Meanwhile Vile is confronted by Mac,one of the top ranking members of the Maverick Hunters. Vile easily beats him up using his "Military Fighting" Skills. Instead of destroying Mac,Vile decides to let him live with this "Humiliating Memory" and retreats instead. Mac is pissed.
A few days later,the VP is sworn in as President. The Hunters are on high alert,watching and waiting for Sigma to strike. Dr. Cain is heartbroken over Sigma going Maverick,a bot that he considered to be his son. Meanwhile,Sigma is at his base and planning his next attack with his minions. He intends on using sending his Maverick Commanders to various points in the U.S. to commit acts of terror.
He also sends Vile to lead an attack on the Highway,while Agile,Violen,and Serges search for more bases for him.
X is sent to the Highway to stop Vile..he succeeds in destroying Vile's Ride Armor, but is stalemate against Vile himself.
After this, X and Zero fight off the Maverick Generals. Before the missions, X is presented with a Dr. Light Capsule by Dr. Cain, which he found while excavating some ruins. The Capsule contains a holographic imagge of Dr. Light, with a recorded message to X and explains the purpose of the 10 Capsules that he has hidden across the Globe,which will unlock an inaccessible ability for X.
Light explains that he kept X's abilities locked as a fail safe,due to fear that he might use them for evil,but he now knows that its not the case and allows the Hunter to step into the Capsule and unlock one of his abilities - Weapon Emulation.
X enters the Capsule and receives the ability to Copy an Enemy's Weapon. After that, he goes on his mission.
After taking care of the Mavericks, Nana, the Hunter's Navigator, finds the location of Sigma's Fortress. X and Zero raid the fortress and run into Vile,who is much tougher this time, thanks to Sigma and Serges updating his software. He defeats the Hunters and injures Zero. Seeing his friend hurt, X powes up and decimates Vile.
Zero tells X that it's up to him to destroy Sigma now. After a short conversation, Zero teleports away. X meets up with Sigma. After destroying His Panther Velguarder,X battles and destroys Sigma, who seemed off. Turns out, the Sigma X destroyed was an empty vessel. The Real Sigma appears in a Massive Battle Body.
Sigma explains that he recently discovered that his True Form is that of a digital entity that can posses machines. After a tough battle, X destroys the Battle Body and Sigma retreats, promising revenge. X contacts Dr. Cain,and tells him to call the US Military so that they can destroy the base now.
X rests on a nearby cliff, watching the Military destroy Sigma's base, knowing that the Maverick Wars have only begun.
A Few Months later, The Mavericks gain new bases And new members, Beastloids that betrayed the Hunters. Luffy T. Luffah, a Luffa Beastloid, is renamed Wire Sponge. Will Aligates, a Gator Beastloid, becomes Deathwheel Gator.
Crab Beastloid,Bobby Crablos, renames himself, Bubbler Crab. Stag Beastloid,Stagger Lee becomes Flaming Stag. Moth Mino Mothminos and his Twin Sister, Butterfly, Mina Mothminos became Scrapshot Moth and Dust Butterfly respectively.
Ninja Centipede Magnus Hyakyuulegger becomes Magnet Ninjapede. Myron Crystar, a Snail, becomes Crystaler Snail. And X's Hunter Rival, Sonic the Ostreague becomes Overdrive Ostrich. Vile was also recovered and repaired, now sporting new Blue Armor (RS Vile Mk. II). And Sigma is given a new Battle Body by Serges.
The Mavericks aren't the Only ones with new recruits. The Hunters have them too. Marino, a Ninja, Massimo,a Strong Man. And Harley, a Green Armored Biker. Zero is repaired and has some New Armor.
X finds 2 more Capsules and gains the Flight and the use of his Zenkai Chip. Sigma's New Minions attack, the Hunters defeat them. During the raid on Sigma's 2nd Base, Marino sneaks into the master control room and activates the Self Destruct codes.
Unfortunately, Harley, was killed during the Mission, X and Zero dedicating the remainder of the mission to him.
Anyway, X, Massimo,and Zero run into and defeat Agile,Violen, Serges,and Vile. Sigma and X fight. X destroys Sigma's new Battle Body.
After the Mission, The Hunters have a Funeral for Harley, who also was known as "Green Biker Dude".
On year later,in Late-2155, Dr. Doppler, famous Reploid Scientist, establishes a place where Reploids and Humans can live in harmony, Doppler Town. He reveals "Project Kaiser", a Mega Reploid that will preserve peace throughout the World.
Meanwhile, Sigma has recruited 2 of Doppler Town's top Cops, The Dharma Bros., Bit and Byte to his cause. Along with the Dharma Bros, he also recruits 8 More Beastloids.
Bill Buffalio, a Buffalo, becomes Frozen Buffalo. Seahorse, Ace Seaforce becomes Acid Seahorse. Hardrock S. Mansaider, a Rhino Beastloid, becomes Drill Rhino. Catfish Beastloid, Eliot Namazuros becomes Elecro Catfish.
Shrimper Crawdad becomes Chopper Crayfish. Ty Tygrid renames himself Neon Tiger. Kabu. T. Mushi, Brother of Blademerang Kuwagamushi, now calls himself ,Blackhole Kabutomushi. And Buzz Hornek becomes Deathdrone Hornet.
Over at the Hunter's side, Jelousy is mounting over X and Zero's accomplishments by Mac. X finds another Light Capsule, which unlocks Super Speed. Sigma sends his 8 New Beastloid Generals to assault Doppler Town,due to the idea of Human/Reploid Harmony making him sick.
The Hunters go into battle. Sigma steals Kaiser and attacks the World. During the mission, Marino and Massimo run into Bit and Byte, who they defeat. Zero runs into Vile and defeats him. X fights and defeats "Kaiser" Sigma.
After that conflict, Dr. Doppler becomes an ally to the Maverick Hunters. Though out the year,Sigma's attacks have become more and more extreme. By 2156,the Hunters become overwhelmed. The World Council, lead by the U.S., agree to create a Global Reploid Military to help with Maverick Terrorism - Repliforce..
The American Reploiforce Project is head by Dr. Cain's Old High School friend, American Born Brit,Dr. Cecil Thorne. Thorne was also a Reploid Researcher and Father. A Son, Cecil Jr. and Daughter, Iris. Cecil Jr. was converted into Repliforce USA's Colonel.
Dr. Abel also lends a hand, he creates the Repliforce's General. Iris, who disagrees with Military Might, op out. Zero fall in love with Iris. The Repliforce is instantly compared to The Robo-Guardians, which kinda gives ammo to the Anti-Reploid groups.
Repliforce USA recruits 6 Beastloid Commanders. Sgt. Webster Spidus, a Spider, and Head or Repliforce USA's Spy Unit.
Simon Kujacker, a Peacock,Hacker turned Tech Specialist. Commander Sam Storm,an Owl, Leader of the RepliAirforce. Sgt. Frosty Kibatodos, a Walrus, head of their Main Weapons Base in Alaska. Commander Jet Stingren, a Stingray, was made Commander of their Navy.
And Lt. Leo Pantera, a Lion, was made Leader of the Ground Combat Unit.
In addition to this, Repliforce creates a Space Weapon that was made to destroy Meteors headed for Earth. Many question this Weapon.
Meanwhile, Sigma recruits 2 New Beastloids - Fungus McToadstool, know known as Split Mushroom. And Gouki Akaryu, who betrayed the Maverick Hunters for Power. Akaryu renames himself Blazing Ryuujin.
The Hunters also gain a new recruit, Double, a Huge, yet simple, Reploid who signed up as a Rookie Hunter. He accompanies X and Zero on their missions to learn from them.
Speaking of X, He finds 2 more Light Capsules - One gives him the ability to sense Life Energy and the other allows him to raise and lower his Power at will.
For months, The Repliforces prove to be very effective. Around the World, Each Country's Repliforce have ended Maverick Assaults before it escalated. But..not everything was great. The 6 Repliforce USA Commanders, disgusted by their lack of pay and felt like their talents were wasted helping Humanity, joined Sigma's Mavericks secretly.
Sgt. Webster Spidus is renamed ShockWeb Spider. Simon Kujacker becomes Cyber Peacock. Commander Sam Storm renames himself Cyclone Owl. Sgt. Frosty renames himself Kibatodos/Icestorm Walrus.
Commander Jett Stingren becomes Divebomb Stingray and Lt. Leo Pantera becomes WildSlash Beastleo.
They return to Repliforce as Double Agents, Colonel finds out about this, but allows the 6 to remain on board, gaining heavy criticism. His answer to those critics - "As Long as they're still good soldiers,who the hell cares if they're Mavericks!"
Trust in Repliforce USA begins to drop. This was All part of Sigma's plan to demoralize and decimate Repliforce USA, who he sees as a bigger threat than the Other Repliforces. Zero and Iris date, which annoys Colonel. This leads to conflict between Zero and Colonel, with Iris trying her best to be the peace maker.
Sigma, in a new battle body, along with Vile,who's been upgraded to a Mk. III body, visit General in disguise. They talk to General about how the Repliforce is wasting their talents helping Humanity and would be better off exterminating them and taking over Earth themselves. They then talk about Repliforces low approval numbers.
General wants no part of Their plan,and reveals that He has his Own plans for Reploid-kind. He dismisses the 2 and tells them that Repliforce doesn't care about approval....just results.
A month later, Sky Lagoon, a Sky Highway is attacked by Repliforce double agents and a Giant Maverick Dragon,Eregion, who has a Big 'Ol Repliforce Logo on his Chest. X, Zero, Marino, and Massimo jump into action..along with Double.
The Hunters arrive and rescue the people who were stuck on the Skyway. As they are doing this, however, Eregion brings Sky Lagoon down. The Hunters destroy Eregion. Colonel and his Troops. The Hunters question Colonel's tardiness and begin interrogating him. Colonel blames the Hunters for being inefficient and threat ends them if they get in the way of Repliforce's work again.
Colonel leaves. A day later, General announces to the World that he intends on creating a New Nation just for Reploids-only and that Evolution Must take it's course. And though he views Humanity as ungrateful idiots, he means no harm to them and that this New Reploid Nation Will be made on a Newly discovered Island in the Pacific..so no taking over an existing Country.
Soon,after General's declaration, disapproval becomes hate for the Repliforce among Humans, but the reverse is true for some Reploids.
To add to this fire, The 6 Repliforce Double-Agent Commanders begin their assault, in their mission to finish off Repliforce USA's rep. The Hunters jump into action.. Joining the Repliforce Double Agents are Split Mushroom and Burning Ryuujin, who reveals his reasons for betraying the Hunters. Meanwhile,The American Repliforce are reclassified as Mavericks by the Government.
X manages to find 2 more Light Capsules - 1 grants him Super speed, the other gives him Higher jumping.
Observing, as usual, is Double, who intently pays attention to X and Zero. The Mavericks are defeated and Repliforce is in deep trouble with the US Government. The Hunters, minus Double, who is missing. The Hunters head to Repliforce HQ and split into teams of 2. X with Zero, Marino with Massimo.
X and Zero run into Double, who reveals himself to be an assassin hired to observe, then kill them. He transforms into Jello Man,a demonic-looking Warrior Form and attacks. After his defeat, Jello Man reveals that he was hired by Mac to terminate them. He then reveals his 3rd form - A Devil-Type Monster. X and Zero battle and destroy him.
As they move though the base, they meet with and fight Colonel. X and Zero defeat Colonel, but let him live. Vile Mk III arrives and stuns the Hunters in a surprise attack. He then quickly kills Colonel with his Shoulder Canon and then slices him up with his Beam Sword.
Vile tells the hunters that his mission is done and leaves. The Heroes are pissed and promise to get even with Vile. Meanwhile, Sigma, posing as a Repliforce Soldier, reveals to Iris that X and Zero had just killed her Brother.
Iris is both saddened and angered..and betrayed. Sigma offers her a crystal, which will give her the power to avenge her Brother and destroy the Maverick Hunters. She takes the Crystal, Sigma then lies again and tells Iris that he heard that the Hunters will be breaking into/onto the Replifotce's Space Weapon to destroy it.
Iris promises never to let that happen and takes Sigma to the Weapon, where they'll await the Hunters.
Meanwhile, Marino and Massimo confront and battle General. X and Zero join in and the 4 defeat the General. The General regrets nothing and promises to destroy the "Maverick" Maverick Hunters for assaulting Repliforce.
The 2 sides have a heated argument. Suddenly, Vile mk. III returns and finishes off General. He tells the Hunters that Sigma has invaded The Repliforces Weapon and plans on Destroying Earth's Human population with it. He then mentions that Sigma has also kidnapped Iris and is letting him have "Fun" with her. Vile Laughs and teleports away, just before an angry Zero could strike.
The Hunters contact Dr. Cain and inform him on what's going on, Cain tells them that he'll warn the Government. The Hunters return to base and, via a space ship, head to the Repliforce's Space Weapon. Once there, They meet up with Bit and Bite, who fuse into God Karmachine.
Massimo and Marino volunteer to fight him. X and Zero rush ahead, where they find Iris, safe...but angry. Iris promises vengeance against the Hunters for killing her Brother, Colonel. The Duo refute this and tell Iris that Vile was responsible. Iris refuses to believe them and uses the Crystal that Sigma gave her to power herself up into a Powerful Warrior. Having no choice, the Hunters must fight.
Meanwhile, Marino and Massimo are fighting God Karmachine and eventually defeat him. The Fused Monster turns back into Bit and Byte. The Gold plated duo escape. Zero and X fight and eventually defeat Iris.
Just as Zero is about to check on Iris, Vile arrives and kills her. X and Zero are angry and after a nasty exchange,the Fight Begins. The Hunters defeat Vile. Zero almost destroys him, but the Boba-Fatt look-alike escapes before that could happen.
X and Zero are joined by Maximo and Marino. The 4 Hunters rush to find Sigma. They find him in the main control room, figuring out how the Weapon works. Sigma and the Hunters battle. X finishes off Sigma. However, Sigma's "Soul" possesses the Console and the entire Weapon.
The Maverick Hunters destroy the console before Sigma has a chance to use the Weapon, With the Console destroyed, the Weapons starts to self destruct. Sigma escapes, as do the Maverick Hunters. Before leaving, Zero gathers Iris and promises to give her a proper burial.
Hours Later, X and Zero confront Mac about his hired assassin. Mac tells X and Zero that he was sick and tired of being overlooked, while They were getting All of the praise. So he hired Double/Jello Man to kill them. He figured that he would get the respect and recognition that He deserved if the Duo were dead.
Mac gets beaten up and arrested.
Days later, the Hunters have a funeral for General, Colonel, and Iris. There were Anti-Reploid agitators, but they were removed. As this was going on, the US Government decides to disband Their Repliforce and just rely on the Maverick Hunters.

The Maverick Era: Maverick Evolution (2158 - 2161 AD): A year after the Repliforce Incident, Maverick Crime had risen and Sigma has gotten 8 new Beastloid Recruits.
Saul Kumarobo,Japanese Weapons Dealer, is renamed Slasher RingKuma. Irish Pirate,Duff O'Whalen, is renamed Tidal Whalord. Ex-Maverick Hunter Adler Squidman is renamed Voltage Kraken. Disgraced Repliforce USA Scientist, Dr. Izzy Hotarunicus becomes Flashing Firefly.
Vampire lord of the Independent Film Scene, Count Necro becomes Darkness Necrobat. Disgraced Member of Repliforce Canada's Air Force, Captain Helios Pegacion renames himself Tornado Pegasus..
Pyro-Terrorist, Matt T. Rexx becomes Flame Dinorex. And British Street Punk Prince, Axel Radrose renames himself, Spiked Radrose.
The Maverick Hunters Also gain new reploid members. Dr. Cain creates Signas, a 2nd Son And New High Command of the Maverick Hunters. When Nana gets transferred to the LAPD as a dispatcher, The Hunters hire Alia Fields, a former Researcher as their Chief Navigator.
Leading the R&D is Douglas, an Expert in Mechanics and Technology. Signas gets rid of The Units in favor of Ranks. S,A,B,C,and D. X and Zero are S Rank. Marino and Massimo are an A Rank.
The Mechanaloid Fighting Circuit grows in popularity. As that is happening, a Rival Underground Maverick Hunter Group forms, Red Alert, lead by Ash "Red" Mitchum, a part-time Mechanaloid Battler and his Electric Meercat Mechanaloid buddy, Kinkachu.
Other members of the group are made up of Gary "Green" Orchid, Lisa "Blue" Katchit, and Ciel "Yellow" Chopin. These 4 Reploids are dangerous, because Unlike the Maverick Hunters, Red Alert doesn't care if they destroy property or hurt innocents, because to These "Maverick Killers", all that matters is terminating the target. These Reploids are considered to be Maverick by some.
They've clashed with the Hunters a couple of times. Another reploid dude who causes trouble is a Texan/New Age Cowboy Mercenary named Lance Dynamo. He has 2 Plasma Side-Arms, a Plasma Lance, and a Ride Chaser that resembles a horse.
X finds 2 more Light Capsules on his missions, Both containing Special Attacks - The Giga Crush and Nova Strike. Sigma strikes again, this time by hijacking a small Space Colony called "Eurasia". The Hunters go to the Colony to lead an evacuation and to stop Sigma. As soon as he is defeated by the Hunters in the Master Control Center, Sigma destroys the Console, causing the Colony to lose all power and slowly fall to Earth. Sigma escapes, as do the Hunters.
The Hunters find out the best way to stop the Colony is with their Enigma Cannon, however the cannon needs special energy and to power it up - The Newly Discovered "Plasnium V". Signas reveals the 8 locations where they can get the Energy. Hr then reveals that the Colony will crash on Earth in just 2 days. The Hunters head out on their mission, now on a clock.
During their missions, the Maverick Hunters not only run into Sigma's 8 New Maverick Commanders,who are Also after the Plasnium, but also Red Alert. The Hunters eventually get enough Plasnium to power up the Enigma Cannon.
The Cannon's blast was a success and the Eurasia Colony was destroyed...with 1 day to spare. The Hunters eventually find Sigma's base and go to stop him..hopefully once and for all. Douglas gives them a container that can capture Sigma's "Spirit Form"
at Sigma's base, the Hunters face off against various members of Sigma's Organization, including Vile, who's been upgraded into a Mark IV body, which is Black,as opposed to the previous forms Red color. After defeating them, They meet up with Sigma, who has occupied a Giant Battle Body.
The Battle is tough, but the Hunters prevail. Sigma's Spirit tries to get away,but is captured and,later, sent to RepliMax Prison. With Sigma finally captured, His Organization is on the fast track to extinction. In fact, they go into hiding.
6 Months Later, We meet Alia's Twin Brother,Gate,a Reploid Researcher and a Professor at The University of Greenwich in Connecticut. Along with Gate is his assistant, Dr. Issoc, Who is a big fan of Dr. Wily's work.
Gate is someone who considers Logic above anything. He gives a lecture about Reploid Evolution and deeply believes that it's time Humans become extinct, since it's only logical for them to die out ,so that Reploids can become the next Master Race.
His speech draws high criticism among both Human's and Reploids. It also gets him suspended from the University. Gate takes this opportunity to work on "Agenda: Evolution", a 2-stage project in which he uses special toxins to exterminate Humans, while powering up Reploids using his newly created "Soul Enhancer"Machine,which will give Reploids enhanced Powers by manipulating their Digital Sole...It's kinda like Gene Splicing for Reploids.
Joining Gate, besides Dr. Isocc, is High Max, a normal Reploid who was the first of Gate's "Soul Enhancer" experiments. Gate also recruits the 8 Animaloid Reploids, who he also enhanced. These 8 are -

Disgraced Archeologist, Prof. Scarab Dungbeet, know known as Earthrock Scarab. Volcanics Expert, Pyro Heatnix aka Blaze Phoenix. And Arctic Investigator, Talbot Wolfang, know known as Freeze Wolfang.
Gate has his 8 Minions set-up Toxin Machines thought the Biggest Cities around Globe to exterminate Mankind. Gate also has them stand watch over the Machines, because he knows that the Maverick Hunters will get wind of his plans somehow and Will try to stop him.
Sure enough, the Hunters Do find out, thanks to reports,and leave to investigate the Mavericks. During their Battles,The Hunters run into a Young Austrailian Cyborg Vigilante, named Axl,who wants to be a Maverick Hunter, so he helps them out.
Later, Axl reveals that he was the once a Human, who got into a fight with some Mavericks who killed his Parents, Mathew and Rhea Greese, Austrailian diplomats to the U.S. And that he was so damaged that he almost died, but his Aunt and Cousin, both Cyberneticists, saved him by making him into a Cyborg.
Axl then reveals that can turn himself invisible and undetectable.
The Maverick Hunters and Axl destroy Gate's Minions and Shut Down the Toxin Machines. Gate knew this might happen, so he reactivates them remotely and the Toxins start spreading thought the World, making everyone within a 50,000 mile radius, gravely sick.
The Hunters raid Gate's secret Lab, which Alia revealed to them. They encounter High Max and destroy him. They then battle Issoc, who fights them in a mech, reminiscent of Dr. Wily's Wily Machines. After destroying Issoc's Machine, they confront Gate, who is making modifications to his "Soul Enhancer".
Gate reveals that the Humans effected by his Toxins have only a few days to live. Gate is proud of his plan and reveals that He used his "Soul Enhancer" Machine to power-up his Own Soul and can now beat the Maverick Hunters with ease.
The Fight Begins. X, really pissed at Gate for what he did to the Humans, just One-Shots him with The Nova Strike.
Beaten, Gate wonders what went wrong? And that by his calculations, he Should've easily won the battle due to the correct modifications he made to his Soul.
X gives Gate a harsh verbal bashing. Alia arrives and talks to her Brother about his views and how he's wrong and that logic without conscious or heart is just evil.
After the chat, Gate starts to rethink his position. He gives Alia the toxin formula, so she can reverse engeneer it and make antidotes.X destroys the Soul Enhancer.
Gate and Issoc are arrested and taken to RepliMax Prison. As the clock strikes down for Humanity, Alia and Douglas manage to reverse engineer the Toxins and make an antidote.
The Antidote is distributed. Some are cured, for others...it was too late. Axl is made a Hunter-in-Training by Signas.
1 month later,a Giant Robot, called Illumina awakens and attacks. Illumina was created by Prof. Iggy Majinion and was activated via Mijinion's Computer if the Professor didn't check in for a month.
The Hunters fight "Her" in a big city. X stops Illumina by breaking into "Her" and shutting her down from the inside.
In early, 2159, Dr. Cain passed away. A huge funeral is held for him, though is crashed and vandalized by Anti-Reploid Rioters. The Group is The Human Dominance Guild.
X stops them and they are arrested., Convicted of Data Theft.
6 months later, 8 Criminals break out of RepliMax...With Sigma, who promised to reward them greatly. These 8 Criminals are -
Rock Kongor aka Warrior Stonekong, convicted or Armed Robbery. S. Flyfish aka Diver Warfly, convicted of Robbing 2 Cruise Ships. Jack Hyenard aka Flaming Hyenard, convicted of Repeat Arson. Prof. Antonio Ariquick aka Sniper Anteator, convicted of Data Theft.
Van Gunderoo aka Vanishing Gungaroo, convicted of Assault. Boarski Hogg aka Hellrider Boarski, convicted of being the Leader of the Road Hogg Biker Gang. Hans Debonion aka Voltnado Tonion, convicted of Kidnapping. And W. Karastinger aka Wind Crowrang, convicted of Air Terrorism.
These guys were taken in by The Maverick Hunters a Year-and-a-Half ago,and Will be jailed by The Maverick Hunters Again. However, Red Alert is Also after these crooks, and intend on destroying them. This time, Red Alert has a Brand New Member, Ai "Pink" Fuji, the 2nd Female Member and the Youngest.
The 8 Escaped Criminals head to the Hidden Maverick Base, per Sigma's instructions, and return him to his minions. Sigma is set free and takes over a Brand New Bottle Body, that Serges has made for him.
Sigma pays the 8 Criminals and allows them to rest there. A Day Later, the, 8 Criminals return to their various criminal lives. The Hunters each track one down, but are always interrupted by a Red Alert Member. The same happens when they battle the Other 3 Criminals.
Lance Dynamo Also joins in on the hunt for the Criminals, as he intends on collecting the High Bounty on each of them. The Hunters and Red Alert refuse to let That happen.
Long story Short, The 8 Criminals are Destroyed 4 by The Hunters, 4 by Red Alert, much to Dynamo's annoyance.
Axl is made a full-fledged Maverick Hunter after this.The Hunters know that Sigma is Still on the loose and Will strike again soon.
3 months later, after a Strong Falling out with Sigma, Vile (mk. 4) leaves Sigma's Org. and goes out to create his own Army. He recruits 8 Beastloid Mavericks, each wanted criminals - Antony Gravant aka Gravitation Antonion, a former Space Researcher. Sunny Flora aka Laser Sunflora (female in RS), a former Training Partner of the Maverick Hunters.
Yettinger the Yeti aka Avalanche Yeti (looks like an actual yeti in RS), former Security Guard for an Arctic Lab. Slythe Kamakil aka Darkslice Mantis,a B-Rank Assassin. Prof. E. R. Trilovich aka Crystalrock Trilobyte, a Disgraced Archeologist.
Ken Kokoker aka Flaming Roostar, a former Scrapyard Incinerator. Chan Pan-Dao aka Rocket Pandamonium, a former Missile Loader at a Chinese Army Base. And Zippy Dograkin aka Gigavolt Jellyfish, a Wild Troublemaker.
Vile upgrades himself into a Mk. V form, which is green and more militaristic. X receives another Light Capsule, this one allowing him to Charge Up his Weapons.
Meanwhile, an arrest warrant is issued to Red Alert for interfering with The Maverick Hunters and the various Damages and fatalities they made during their existence.
X and Zero are sent to deal with Vile and His Army, while Marino, Massimo,and Axl find and deal with Red Alert. X and Zero destroy the Army and defeat Vile, who escapes. Meanwhile, Axl, Massimo, and Marino find Red Alert's base and arrests them after a battle.
With Red Alert in Prison and Vile's Army destroyed, peace has been restored.....for now.
A Year later in 2161, the Equality gap starts to widen greatly between Humanoid Reploids and Beastloids, due to various reasons, especially the Maverick attacks. So a growing resistance made up of disenfranchised and despondent Beastloids forms. They are called The Beastloid Movement, Fighters for Beastloid Equality.
This group is lead by Chimpelle aka Docu Chimpelle, a Female Chimpanzee Beastloid that can Copy Abilies by downloading an Opponents Data. Joining her are 8 Beastloid's who hate Man and Humanoids as much as Chimpelle.
Tento T. Mushi aka Bullethell Tentomushi, Younger Sister of Blademerang Kuwagamushi and Black Hole Kabutomushi. Skip Dewgonger aka IceCold Sealeo, Younger Cousin of Icestorm Walrus. Kiki Kokong aka Bomber Monkween, a Female Monkey Beastloid who is an Explosives expert.
Dino Greyman aka Flameblast Saurus,a Dinosaur Beastloid who is the Cousin of Flame Dinorex. M. W. Kappa aka Geiser Kappar, a Kappa Beastloid with Water Powers. H. S. Hogg aka Hurricane Hogger, a Huge Pig Beastloid with Strong Wind Powers.
Hooktail Panthroar aka Strike Panther, a Hooktailed Panther Beastloid. And Manticor Chimerah/Plasma Chimera, a Plasma/Electric-Elemental Chimera.
The Maverick Hunters gain 3 new Members. Layer is a Navigator and Fighter Analysis Expert. She's also great at Capoeira. Cinnamon,a Young Nurse,is Lifesaver's New Assistant, And Palette, Douglas' Young Cousin,helps him in the R&D Lab..when she's not on the Mechanaloid Battle Circuit.
X finds another Light Capsule, this one giving him the Ability to produce a Quick and Temporary Energy Barrier.
The Beastloid's make there move and so do the Maverick Hunters. The Maverick Hunters defeat the Mavericks and arrest them, instead of destroying them (a request by signas, who feels like the FBE isn't truly evil, just misguided, something X agrees with). They then head to FBE HQ to battle and arrest Chimpelle.
Chimpelle is a tough opponent, knowing All of the Maverick Hunter Teams moves, thanks to her downloading their personal files from the Public Database and uploading them into her brain.
X is able to defeat Chimpelle, using his powers. Chimpelle is arrested and order is restored.
X and Alia begin dating.

The Dangerous Future Era (2162 - 2166 AD):
The Human Dominance Guild increase their Numbers,all thanks to the growing distrust of Reploids by Humans.
Mysterious assassinations have been happening to various important people around the world. This is the work of a brand new Maverick Group, The Reploid Assassin's League, who make their living being contracted to do "Hit Jobs" by various clients. They get paid very very well.
The Group is lead by Epsilon,the arrogant, prideful, and powerful Reploid Fighter. Joining him are the other Members of the Group - Garath and Lio-Kaiser, a deadly knight and his Lion Mechanaloid. Geemel, a Ninja Like Repliod Warrior with a Psychotic streak. Zain, an armored Warior, who's Sword Skills are some of the best. Techno, a sneaky Mechanaloid Battler. Berkana, a bewitching ex-Maverick Hunter who can disable Anything electronic. And Ferham.
The Hunters run into the RAL from time to time, but they always escape. Sigma's forces ramps up attacks, but are foiled by The Repliforces of the various nations they're attacking.
X finds 2 more Light Capsules, one gives him a "Kamehameha Wave"- like Energy Attack (called hikarihameha) and the other is a "Healing" factor.
A 35-year old genius has dreams about being an evil scientist, he consults a famous Llama about it and it is revealed that he is the reincarnation of Dr. Wily. The man decides to embrace it and makes plans to conquer the World in his own image. However, he plans on doing things Very differently from Dr. Wily. He intends on observing the World and waiting for his time to act.
His name is William Albert Weil, and he is the Future Dictator of The World!!! Weil finds Dr. Wily's secret lab and raids it. He takes Zero's plans,as well as the Andro-Mutation Chip. He then retreats back to His own secret lab to begin his plan.
In Mid-2162, Rock Light finally awakens from his near 90 year sleep. Rock is happy to be alive..as he senses a bunch of "Strong Guys" he can fight. But first, he decides to find X to see how he's doing. He takes a Red Light Capsule that was hidden within the Light Labs and takes it to X.
The 2 brothers reunite and Rock meets the Maverick Hunters. He and Zero have a confrontation. Rock remembers Zero as his last opponent and was evil. Zero can't seem to remember Rock ,but does remember his evil past and rejects it outright. He even apologizes for the trouble he caused. X assures Rock that Zero is a Good-Guy now. Rock accepts it.
Rock presents the Red Light Capsule to X. The Capsule unlocks the full potential of X's Zenkai Chip. After the reunion, Rock wants to see how strong X has gotten. X accepts the challenge...but only in a location very far way from people and buildings.
X and Rock spar on a mountain far from civilization. X is so strong, that Rock needs to turn Super Android to keep up. After an awesome fight, Rock leaves to eat and rest, then seek out more great fighters.
As all this is going on, The Spirit of Mega Man Shadow re-emerges and observes the World.
In Late 2162,Will Weil, now going by Dr. Weil, begins observing the World from his hidden lab,via his Batonbone Spy bots. With him is, Omega, a reploid Weil created using Zero's blueprints. Weil's goal is to dominate though Trust and World approval, not fear and destruction.
He wants to see the World burn, so that when the people cry out for a Hero, He will be That Hero and rebuilt everything in his image and, eventually, be elected World Leader.
A bit convoluted, but he will be working on a New Protocol Disruptor to brainwash those important people who disagree with him. And it's a lot better than using Terror Tactics.

In Early 2163, Dynamo and Vile (in a new upgraded mk. 6 body, thanks to dynamo's "connections") team up. They are fought and defeated by the Hunters, and eventually sent to RepliMax Prison.
Out in space, Ra-Moon Jr. and his Brother, NovaStar are building their own Empire. They are opposed by Luka (rs-over-1). Joining Ra-Moon Jr and NovaStar are Lumine, the Herold and the 4 Aster-roid Sisters, Juno, Vesuvia, Pallas, and Celes.
Growth in distrust for Reploids is continuing and groups like The Human Dominance Guild are gaining strength. But there are also 2 New types of groups are gaining momentum - The Anti-Maverick Hunter Groups,The Pro-Reploid Groups, and the Reploid Disarmament Groups.
The Biggest Anti-Maverick Hunter group is called "The Safety Life Alliance", which advocates for the disbanding of the Maverick Hunters, due to their belief that the Hunters are the cause for the rise in Maverick Activity. They would rather see the Hunters join either the Military or the Police Force instead. They are constantly pushing the Legislation to get make their goals a reality.
The Largest Pro-Reploid Group is called "The Man/Machine Unity Engine", their goal is close to Dr. Light's dream of having Humans and Robots living together in peace.
Then there's the Largest Reploid Disarmament Group "The Unarm The Machines Union", which wants All Reploids weaponless. And want to make it illegal for Reploids to be created or equipped with weapons. They're basically the anti-2A fanatics.
Weil is thrilled at the coming of these new groups. X and Alia are enjoying life as an official couple. Layer peruses Zero, who isn't interested in a relationship,not since Iris died.And Palette and Cinnamon via for Axl's affections. Marino and Massimo begin dating.
New Maverick Groups start to appear World Wide. The Maverick Hunters (with the international repliforce's) are able to destroy or capture them before they could grow
X's growing power begins unnerving many Humans, which causes the Anti-Reploid groups to grow even faster. The Anti-Reploid side soon becomes dead even (numbers-wise) with the Pro-Reploid side.
The Reploid Assassin League continues to do their thing and evade the Maverick Hunters and International Repliforce. Mega Man Shadow continues observing the World, waiting for his chance to strike. Dr. Weil continues to observe, as well.
In 2164, Sigma's Forces launch a new attack on the World,this time by using a machine that reprograms Humans, turning them violent and strong. This puts the Maverick Hunters and International Repliforces in a situation where they can't fight...especially X, who swore to protect human life.
Sigma's goal is to force the Hunters and Repliforce to be unable to do anything. Rock sees this and decides to join in. Rock, unlike X, has no qualms about fighting Humans, as he sees Humans and Robots/Reploids as being equal. Though, he Does hold back when fighting them.
After finding out where Sigma's base is, Rock leaves to raid it. He confronts and defeats the Mavericks and then Sigma. After defeating Sigma, Rock destroys the Machine that was mind manipulating the Humans. With the Machine destroyed, the Humans return to normal.
Rock leaves the base.untouched. The Blue Bomber continues his journey to improve himself as a fighter.
Maverick activity gets worse. In fact, due to territory disputes,Sigma's Forces get involved in gang war with The RepliMafia and the Yakuzoids (the reploid yakuza). The Maverick Hunters,The International Repliforces, and Rock team up to fight them.
Meanwhile, The Reploid Assassin League continues their work. They manage to assassinate the President of the United States,under contract by a Mysterious Group.
This war costs many many lives (both human and reploid), but it ends after The Maverick Hunters and Repliforce destroy and capture most of the RepliMafia and Yakuzoids. Sigma and his men still escape.
A Month Later, America gains a new President after a Special Election - President Abigail Desmond, who's fully Anti-Maverick Hunter and Pro-Reploid Disarmament.
Months later, Palette enters the Mechanaloid Battle Tournament. The RAL's Techno also enters. Palette and Techno battle in the finals, which Palette wins.
In 2165, X gets involved in charity work and even visits sick hospitalized children. Gate is released from RepliMax on good behavior, much to the outrage from the public. To atone for his crimes, Gate seeks his Sister,Alia's, help.
It is revealed that Alia and Gate are twins,with gate being older. They were originally were supposed to be 1 Reploid with a Mega Computer brain, but all of that RAM/Rom couldn't fit into a single brain. So instead of creating a huge Reploid, Dr. Fields created 2 normal sized Reploid brains and put them in 2 Reploid bodies, which became Alia and Gate.
When teamed up, Alia and Gate can realize the full potential of the Mega Computer,by solving nigh-impossible problems. However, the siblings personalities came into conflict most of the time. Alia being practical and Gate being logical.
So the 2 went their separate ways, though both becoming Researchers/Scientists. Gate and Alia go on a retreat of self discovery, where Gate learns to have heart when using logic. He becomes an ally of The Hunters soon after.
Throughout the year, Sigma possesses a multitude of machines in an act of Cyber Terrorism. The Hunter manage to stop him. Dr. Doppler, Alia and Gate band together to try to figure out how to destroy Sigma's Soul.
Dr. Weil, is enjoying what he sees out of the World and believes that it won't be long now before he can enact his plan "Project - Savior".
In 2166, Rock and Epsilon have a chance meeting during one of the Reploid Assassin's Jobs. Rock prevents the assassination and battles Epsilon. Epsilon is very strong and skilled, so much so, it forces Rock to use his Super Android form.
The fight ends in a draw, with Both men satisfied. Rock appreciates Epsilon's passion for battle and tells him that X is much stronger than he is, and that if Epsilon enjoyed fighting him, he'll love fighting X.
Epsilon decides to take Rock up on it and leaves to train for his fight with X.
Days later, Epsilon brings the Core Members of his Reploid Assassin League to Maverick Hunter HQ, to watch his fight with X...and after that, kill the rest of the Hunters and destroy their HQ.
The RAL arrive at MHHQ,where Epsilon challenges X to a battle. X accepts, knowing that if he beats Epsilon, he can put him away forever. Since MHHQ is within The City (new york city), X holds back his power.
The rest of the RAL have fights too. Garath and Lio-Kaiser battle Massimo. Marino fights Berkana. Layer (using capoeria) battles Ferham. Palette v. Techno in a Mechanaloid battle. Axl v. Zain and Zero v. Geemel.
Epsilon wants to know why X isn't fighting at his best and that he expected the "Ultimate Challenge". X reveals that he always holds back when he's fighting in an area with innocent lives, so as not to accidentally hurt or kill them.
Epsilon finds this interesting and knows how to "solve" X's "Issue". Epsilon then brazenly destroys the surrounding area using a powerful energy wave. He then tells X that his problem is solved and now he can fight at full power.
X, saddened,enraged at the loss of life, transforms into a Super Android (gold armor,gold aura), to the shock and surprise of those who just witnessed it.
As a Super Android, X is able to focus his powers and use his full power without worrying about hurting others. X demonstrates his power by destroying Garath and his Lion. Next he obliterates Zain and Geemel. He defeats Ferham and Berkana. He then crushes Techno.
X tells Epsilon that he will Never forgive him Or his minions for their disgusting deeds and promises him Hell. X then fights and destroys Epsilon. After the battle, Ferham and Berkana are sent to RepliMax Prison.
The Reploid Assassin League is Dead. But, there are more threats still out there and Sigma is still on the loose.
